Our Methodology

We adjust the price of our services to your business’s needs.
Our rates are based on a high-quality work, but at the same time, flexible and reasonable according to the financial options of our clients. By applying these criteria, we value our work based on two key factors:

        1. The team dedicated to the project.

        2. The estimated time they will dedicate to it.

What we do is nothing new for anybody and we aren’t inventing again the wheel, but if something characterizes the economic relationship with our clients it is extreme simplicity.

Now, how do we do what we do?

Our work it's simple and is divided into three phases:

        1. Budget

        2. Implementation

        3. Support

Budgeting

Is the shortest of all three phases and we start by meeting with you, our customer. During this meeting we evaluate how viable the project is terms of duration and the Human Resources needed to get it done. We then present you an overall budget that if approved by you, the projects get into our planning schedule.

This phase is a very important one because within it we like to clarify two major issues:

We do not do any requirements analysis: For this type of software development projects is impossible to know beforehand every detail about your needs. Therefore, we tackle and deal with this information at the moment we get to work on it.

We do not work based on the idea that the budgeted amount is a closed and final amount: It is guaranteed that our team will be dedicated and committed to the timeframe allocated to the project, any changes to this timeframe will result is a price change.

Implementation

We work by deliverable iterations, for which we begin with a very brief and simple analysis of the different tasks to be executed during said iteration. We are combining training with evolutions and deliverables, in such a way that little by little we build the final software solution.

By doing this we are providing our customers an early opportunity to work with the software and gain hands-on experience to better guide us with any changes or adjustments required.

Support

Given the fact that our projects and solutions are directly related to our customers’ growth, the work we do is in a constant cycle. There is always a chance to design or develop new features and provide support to our current customers and their final users in a day-by-day basis. This phase is very similar to the implementation phase except for the time required which will decreased and effected by the following:

The customer establishing its own internal support team: We work with a software that gives us the flexibility to provide our customers the opportunity, once the implementation phase is fully completed, to decide whether or not to establish its own internal technical team to handle the support tasks and future software evolutions.

Versions upgrades and new features: Technology develops at a very fast pace; therefore, our customers will have to decide to either upgrade in a continuous manner or come up with specific periodic upgrade projects.
